### Employee Spotlight: Meet Mallory at the Cocoa Beach Public Library

The Cocoa Beach Public Library is proud to highlight Mallory, a dedicated Library Assistant I working in the library's Circulation Department.

Mallory has been a part of the Brevard County Public Libraries for 15 years, starting her career at the Merritt Island Public Library before transitioning to her current role in Cocoa Beach.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Mallory moved to Central Florida where she grew up. She went on to study English Literature at the University of Central Florida, a passion that continues to inspire her work and hobbies.

In her free time, Mallory enjoys crochet, participating in community theater, and engaging in creative writing. She is also an avid reader and admires the works of authors such as Zora Neale Hurston, Marilynne Robinson, and Gabriel García Márquez.

Mallory’s dedication and love for literature and the library community make her an invaluable part of the Cocoa Beach Public Library team.
