**Bayside High Students Earn Manufacturing Essentials Certificates**

Bayside High School students in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Machining program have reached a significant milestone by earning professional pre-apprenticeship certificates in manufacturing essentials. The achievement came after completing a rigorous 8-week course.

The program, supported by instructor Jean Paul Aliaga, Bayside machining instructor Chris Eaves, Eastern Florida State College, and the Space Coast Consortium, provided students with the tools and training to advance into manufacturing careers.

During the graduation ceremony, students shared their accomplishments with family and friends and showcased their high-tech workroom, which highlights the hands-on experience they’ve gained during the program.

This initiative also plays a crucial role in addressing the shortage of skilled trade workers while paving the way for students to secure promising, high-paying jobs in the manufacturing sector.

Congratulations to the students for their hard work and dedication as they take their first steps into a thriving industry!
